[The okapi] have very long (apx. 30 cm or 12 inch), flexible, blue tongues that they use to strip leaves and buds from trees. The tongue of an okapi is long enough for the animal to wash its eyelids and clean its ears: it is one of the few mammals that can lick its own ears

I want to lick my own ears! Damn my body.

i can think of no compelling reason whatsoever, that would make me want to lick my own ears. none. absolutely not. not one reason, at all.
damn my feeble mind.
It's called "doing it just because you can." The idea of having a tongue that I could loll about my skull is sort of compelling.
But I'm pretty strange.

I wondered how long it would take for someone to post on this blog about okapi.
