Fraser Rambin Cardeau - simply beautiful

Finally got some pictures of the new Cardeau in town: Fraser Rambin. For those of you who have not had the pleasure of his company, he's simply beautiful. He's as calm as the air around him and he stares a hole into the universe he's been born into. He jerks from side to side as he follows noises and brightness and from time to time, gravity pulls a little slobber from his mouth.

And he's big - his soft baby body fills his baby clothes like raked leaves. He's thick like a fluffy pancake and smells as good as syrup.

He gave me his crying face today. We were sitting together in Taggart's back play room. He was in my lap facing me and i was talking about how much i was looking forward to him being able to speak (language) and play and kick and jump. He was staring at me with his wide eyes, his mouth slightly ajar. Suddenly, his face became serious and then wrinkled up like a ball of paper and his mouth opened wide and he let out a singular 'AH!'. In an instant, Dad-olph appeared, scooped him up and went into diaper change mode.

Dad-olph and Mom-ber beam as parents. He can't stop making noises at Fraser and she has the glow and peace of new mama-hood. If they are tired, frustrated, or uncertain of their new role, you wouldn't know it by looking at them.
