Savannah

I can see why so many people think this city is wonderfull.
Parks.
There is a park every 4 blocks.
IN EVERY DIRECTION.
Proximity to water. Beach.
Southern Hospitality.
I am glad that I have seen it because I dont think I will be back here before I am 60.
There is a pretty cool school here.
Savannah College of Art and Design.
S.C.A.D.
Top six in the nation.
However the city is predominatley made up of old people.

UPDATE: This is probly the most beautifull city I have walked in after dark.
And I mean the city. San Fran's building and streets are enhanced by the hills and fog,
Savannah's parks and streets are well lit, (sort of like Guanajuato's). And their buildings are very pretty.
The dark has put to bed the older population and it seems the ART students have come out of the woodwork.
I think this would be a great place for you Pablo....Judging from what was in the coffee shop (Gallery Espresso).

  • My uncle has been telling me for years that Savannah is beautiful city; I am glad to hear your confirmation of this. I hope to visit it someday soon...

  • I grew up in Raleigh, NC and used to visit Savannah quite often. It is beautiful, but it is also boring. The best thing that ever happened to me in Savannah is going home with a girl that studied at SCAD after a Frank Black concert. We had sex, (boring), to FB, (fantastic). For that, I'm eternally grateful to Savannah!
