Hello All!

Today is ELEO's birthday

remember to call her to wish her a happy bday

Recipe for celebrating a birthday away from the birthday person in question...

2 Sheets of paper (preferably colored)
1 Peanut Butter and Grape Jam Sandwich
1 Personal size Package Oreo Cookies
1 Drumstick Ice Cream Cone
1 bottle Hawaiian Punch
1 Personal size bag Salsa Doritos

Fold one sheet of paper into a paper hat. Put on head. Use the other sheet of paper to wrap your Personal size Package Oreo Cookies, set aside for surprise later. Cut up your PBJ sandwich into four squares. Serve yourself one square on a plate with the Drumstick Ice Cream Cone and a handful of Salsa Doritos. Eat while humming the "Happy Birthday" or "Las Mananitas" tune. Help yourself to another square of PBJ "cake". When no one is looking, stuff another square into your mouth and replenish your Salsa Chips on your plate. Swig some Hawaiian Punch making sure to slosh some onto your upper lip creating the well known "birthday party mustache". Laugh at yourself and enjoy the celebration. Offer yourself the last of the "cake" when you are ready to open your "gift". Hoot with glee when you see the "surprise". Then finish off the last of the cake and chips and ice cream and call the birthday person. Now that your spirits are up with your sugar high, you'll be able to convince the birthday person that getting older is the same as every year and that one never really ages.

Happy Birthday!!!

  • Sounds like fun, but I hate the headache when you crash from a sugar high. btw, I showed this to my almost 12 yr. old diabetic son, he estimated that he would need about 18 units of insulin to be able to eat all that, but that it would be worth the shot!
