I Heart Pasta Salad

  • usually I just add that twirly pasta, some canned tuna or salmon, some olive oil, and celery. Pepper and salt to taste.

  • Tricolor rotini and Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing. The pasta is just an excuse for the lush but tart Newman's Own.

    If I'm eating with Amber I get more fancy and shred some leaf spinach and cube some mozzerela and tuck some toast points in the bowl but for just me I want pasta and Newman's Own.

    1/2 box farfalle (bow ties)
    1 container feta cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 big handful pine nuts, toasted
    1 bunch fresh spinach leaves
    olive oil, salt & pepper
